Qualifications

• Experience in escrow processing or title insurance required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the escrow and title closing process.
• Prepare transactions for closing by gathering required documentation.
• Clear title and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure readiness.
• Review title commitments and purchase agreements for accuracy.
• Ensure closing readiness within five days of commitment issuance.
• Input data into production software for surveys, taxes, HOA balances, and related items.
