Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Title experience a plus.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple applications and scanning systems.
• Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods.
• Must have legible handwriting to sign documents efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, bar-code, and file incoming titles.
• Pull requested titles and reassign to buyers; complete lien releases/affidavits as needed.
• Validate titles into the database system.
• Store unprocessed titles in a fireproof cabinet.
• Ensure titles are reassigned correctly and mailed promptly.
• Document research and updates in necessary systems.
• Maintain required KPIs for title processes.
• Contribute to best practice sharing culture to improve service.
