You will ensure accurate title research, prepare documents, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating with real estate professionals, lenders, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process title documents including commitments, policies, and closing docs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in title work.
• Maintain organized transaction files and monitor regulatory updates.
• Interact with realtors, lenders, and banks, serving as a liaison and providing updates.
