Job summary

Dealer-Services-Network is seeking a courier in Bossier City, LA to ensure accurate title document processing and compliance with OMV laws. A company car is provided for regional title work, with schedules Monday–Friday 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Ideal candidates have strong research skills, attention to detail, and proven customer service within a car dealership network. Must hold a LA driver's license and pass fingerprint/background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with OMV title work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Protect and secure documents following DPPA guidelines.
• Secure and store inventory during travel to/from dealerships and home office.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on OMV policies and assist with title Q&A at dealerships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving title issues.
• Organize and maintain files related to title transactions for quick access.
