Job summary

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family’s Dublin location is seeking a Title Clerk to ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles and ownership documents. You will support the Title Department with document handling, verification, and filing in a fast-paced automotive setting.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Open, review, and process incoming title mail and file documents in the appropriate location.
• Verify vehicle stock numbers by matching VINs in the dealership system.
• Pull, review, and match vehicle titles with completed sales deals for processing.
• Organize deals awaiting title processing in the internal tracking system.
• Enter customer, lienholder, and ownership information on title documents accurately.
• Maintain filing systems for title documents, deal jackets, and records.
• Verify documentation completeness before submitting titles for processing.
• Provide general administrative support to the Title Department.
