Job summary

Auto Tag Connect LLC seeks an organized Title Operations & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Annapolis team on-site. The role offers a development track toward Lead Title Clerk, with initial focus on transaction intake, customer service, estimates, and coordination across DMV/MVA processes.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with starting pay range $24–$26 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses. Career growth depends on performance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle title, registration, DMV/MVA, or transaction-processing preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional telephone presence and clear written notes.

Responsibilities

• Support the intake, processing, tracking, and completion of title and registration transactions.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, lenders, and govt agencies.
• Prepare transaction estimates and gather required documents.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, corrections, payments, and approvals.
• Research DMV/MVA requirements and transaction statuses.
