Candidates will need a solid foundation in Mineral, ORRI, and Working Interest acquisition diligence, with a strong emphasis on running mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, and a comprehensive understanding of JOA implications, state and federal restrictions, OCC, TRRC, and other operational implications. There may be some courthouse travel involved. TOP PAY!
