Job summary

Children’s Network of Hillsborough seeks a Revenue Maximization Specialist to process Title IV-E, Medicaid, and TANF applications and renewals. You will determine client eligibility and coordinate with case managers, staff, and the DCF CIC unit to secure Medicaid coverage and funding for services.

The role requires FSFN proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Experience in the child welfare field is preferred.
• Specialized training related to federal funding in child welfare is preferred.
• Knowledge of Title IV-E, Medicaid, TANF and related eligibility programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Title IV-E eligibility services for children in out-of-home care.
• Initiate FSFN Title IV-E applications within required timeframes.
• Submit Title IV-E applications for supervisory approval within deadlines.
• Determine eligibility for Adoption Title IV-E benefits and complete required activities.
• Submit Medicaid applications to ensure timely access to medical coverage.
• Perform Medicaid re-determinations and maintain ongoing eligibility.
• Monitor TANF applications and renewals to ensure continued eligibility.
• Provide guidance to case managers and caregivers regarding eligibility programs.
