Vitu, Inc. is hiring for a Title Specialist I (Onsite: Wilmington OH). This role supports the TSG Discrepancy team, handling lender collateral discrepancies, escalating to clients, triggering maintenance, and issuing agreements as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent completed certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
• Ability to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring smooth flow between departments.
• Sort and image lender packets in vault/secure room.
• Follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
