Meridian Title Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team across one of our 40+ offices in Indiana or Southwest Michigan. You will review search packages and title products to ensure accuracy, analyze CPLs, verify invoices, and deliver complete title product packages to clients.

We value energetic and self-motivated individuals with prior title/real estate industry experience and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of title experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate and/or title industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review search packages to ensure the correct property was searched
• Review the examined product to ensure the examiner reviewed the chain of title, legal description, open mortgages, unreleased judgments/liens, and taxes.
• Review closing protection letters (CPL) for correct lender information based on partner notes or order notes.
• Review invoices and ensure the costs are correct based on partner notes or order information regarding discounts.
• Check for clerical/typographical errors in title products
• Combine all prepared documents with title commitment into a title product package and deliver product
