Overview

An established and growing title insurance company located in Suburban Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Title Insurance Operations Manager / Senior Settlement Officer to oversee daily operations, manage closings, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused professional who understands every aspect of Pennsylvania residential title operations and settlement services.

This is a full-time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an established title insurance company
• Conduct residential and occasional commercial real estate closings
• Manage file flow from opening through post-closing
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, escrow, regulatory, and operational requirements
• Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness
• Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
• Coordinate title processing, scheduling, funding, recording, and disbursement
• Assist with business development and relationship management
• Supervise and support administrative and processing staff
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and vendors
• Help improve operational systems, workflow, and client experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of title insurance and settlement industry experience required
• Extensive Pennsylvania settlement and closing experience required
• Pennsylvania Title Insurance License required
• Strong knowledge of title operations, escrow management, settlement procedures, underwriting, and compliance
• Ability to independently manage closings and resolve title issues
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience with title software platforms and digital closing systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
