Qualifications

• 5+ years of escrow operations and funding experience.
• Experience with accounting, escrow operations, and escrow funds.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, draft simple correspondence, and present information clearly.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; basic algebra/geometry concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review disbursement packages and identify errors and missing information.
• Coordinate and process escrow fund disbursements in compliance with statements and lender instructions.
• Prepare, review, and process funding for real estate transactions per requirements.
• Oversee post-closing activities, e-recording setup, submission, monitoring, and recording confirmations.
• Use ResWare, Archer, Outlook and other systems to process transactions and maintain records.
