Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a self-driven business development professional to own growth in Central Florida’s title services market. You will network extensively with real estate professionals, referral partners, and lenders, creating new opportunities while maintaining key relationships.

Role involves educational seminars, community events, and collaborative work with title and marketing teams. Hybrid/field-based with potential for leadership growth and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of title industry experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who can independently schedule meetings, build outreach initiatives, and pursue new opportunities.
• Notary license preferred or willingness to obtain one after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, referral partners, real estate professionals, lenders, and other industry contacts.
• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Central Florida market through networking, outreach, presentations, and community engagement.
• Create educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, sponsorship opportunities, and other relationship-building initiatives.
• Represent our title services professionally through in-person, digital, print, and community-based marketing.
• Partner closely with our title and marketing teams to develop creative business development strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of title insurance, closings, real estate transactions, and related services.
• Track business development activity, goals, relationships, opportunities, and results.
• Meet regularly with leadership to review metrics, challenges, opportunities, and growth strategies.
• Stay current on title insurance, real estate, and market developments that affect our clients and referral partners.
• Identify obstacles to growth and proactively develop solutions with the team.
