This hybrid/field-based role emphasizes relationship building, education-based outreach, and creative marketing while offering a salary plus commission; Florida Licensed Title Agent with 4+ years of title industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Title Agent required.
• 4+ years of title industry experience required.
• Experience with a title agency or law firm handling title-related services.
• Existing relationships with real estate professionals strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and community engagement.
• Create educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, sponsorship opportunities, and other relationship-building initiatives.
• Represent title services professionally through in-person and digital marketing.
• Partner with title and marketing teams to develop growth strategies.
• Track activities, goals, relationships, opportunities, and results.
• Review metrics with leadership and adapt growth plans.
• Stay current on title insurance, real estate, and market developments.
