Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Florida-licensed Title Agent with 4+ years of title industry experience to lead business development for a growing Central Florida title services team. This hybrid/field-based role emphasizes networking with real estate professionals, referral partners, and prospective clients across Central Florida.

In addition to a salaried base, the position offers commission based on new business origination and potential growth into senior leadership for top performers.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Title Agent is required.
• 4+ years of title industry experience required.
• Experience with title agency or law firm handling title-related services preferred.
• Strong title insurance sales, marketing, account management, or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
• Develop new business opportunities across the Central Florida market through networking and outreach.
• Create educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, sponsorships, and other initiatives.
• Represent title services professionally through in-person and marketing channels.
• Partner with title and marketing teams to develop strategies.
• Maintain understanding of title insurance and real estate transactions.
• Track BD activity, goals, relationships, opportunities, and results.
• Meet with leadership to review metrics and growth strategies.
• Stay current on title insurance and market developments affecting clients.
