Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, you will work with instructional and student-support teams, evaluators, and external partners to track progress, prepare dashboards, and document outcomes throughout the five-year grant period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in grant administration, project coordination, or related higher education work.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders with strong reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and funding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Title III project activities, budgets, and compliance to meet grant objectives.
• Serve as liaison among directors, staff, evaluators, and external partners.
• Track progress, expenditures, timelines, and performance measures.
• Maintain grant records, documentation, and supporting materials.
• Prepare updates, dashboards, reports, and communications for stakeholders.
• Support advisory committees and preparation of funder reports.
