• Knowledge of child growth and development and its relation to learning.
• Competency in instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and related research.
• Understanding intervention instruction for at-risk students.

Responsibilities

• Use data to identify students needing intervention and guide individual plans.
• Collaborate with parents, students, and teachers to engage them in the education process.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction to meet student needs.
