Job summary

Oakridge School District's Oakridge Upper Elementary is seeking a Title IA Interventionist for the 26/27 school year. The role focuses on Reading, Writing, Math, and Behavior for Title IA eligible students, conducting small-group instruction and progress monitoring.

This is a grant-funded, unaffiliated/adjunct wage position not-to-exceed 29 hours per week and 35 weeks. Applicants must reapply each school year; starting date ASAP with September 11, 2026 deadline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development and its relation to learning.
• Demonstrate competency in instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Understand models for intervention instruction for at-risk students.

Responsibilities

• Work with Title IA eligible students in Reading, Writing, Math, and/or Behavior in small groups.
• Utilize and analyze data to identify students needing intervention and tailor plans.
• Maintain open communication with parents, students, and teachers to support progress.
• Monitor instructional effectiveness and adjust pacing to student proficiency.
