Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing goals, objectives, and strategies to promote improvement in student achievement and professional development.
• Provide leadership in determining and meeting educational needs of students.
• Facilitate teacher observations and professional development.
• Plan and supervise instructional program and support services.
• Develop public relations efforts to support educational programs.
• Lead grade-level planning and implement curriculum improvements.
• Integrate technology into classroom instruction and stay current with district initiatives.
