Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks a Title I Instructional Aide to assist staff with accelerated student instruction and to support school goals at the campus level.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a Texas Instructional Aide Certificate (or ability to obtain), and meet one of the degree/credit-hour criteria. Spanish is preferred and strong communication with students and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Instructional Aide Certificate or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Must meet 1 of 2: Associate's degree or 48 credit hours from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional activities as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
• Supervise students throughout the school day as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and campus operations.
• Participate in staff development programs and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
