Job summary

Compass Integrated Services in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team on a remote basis. You will perform initial search and exam work, calculate rates for title products, and provide strong support to title requests and revisions.

The role requires a Colorado Title Producers License, familiarity with underwriter rate manuals, and experience searching title plants and county records.

Qualifications

• Colorado Title Producers License required.
• Experience using underwriter rate manuals to apply rates.
• Knowledge of Colorado statutes and Title Insurance regulations.
• Experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service.
• Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms.

Compass Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicatedTitle Examinerto join the Colorado Title Team in order to support our Colorado brands. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced title examiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductinitial search and exam work.
• Calculate ratesaccurately for various title products.
• Provideexceptional support and servicefor title requests and revisions.
• Assist inpolicy issuance and post-closing requests, as needed.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Colorado Title Producers License.
• Proficiency in understanding underwriter rate manuals to apply appropriate rates.
• Knowledge ofColorado StatutesandTitle Insurance Regulations.
• Proven experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service.
• Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms for title searches.

Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Qualia production systemand SKLD / Title Data plants and searching processes.
