Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service mindset with professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Search and examine assigned title files and related documentation.
  • Review and proof title commitments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Examine surveys and identify potential title issues or discrepancies.
  • Partner with Curative and Closing teams to resolve title matters efficiently.
  • Assist with plant data verification and base file maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support transaction flow and deadlines.

Brown County Abstract Company is looking for a Title Examiner to join their growing team. This position may work remotely but must be located in Texas.
