Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit title applications accurately and on time.
• Interacts with state agencies and Penske locations to ensure timely handling of documents.
• Manage title procurement, warehouse control and asset disposal.
• Control vehicle ownership documents for US, Canada and Team Lease assets.
• Provide asset reconciliation and daily audit support to minimize misuse of assets.
• Assist with departmental projects and other tasks as assigned.
