Responsibilities

• Identify encumbrances, liens, or issues affecting the title and collect resolution documentation.
• Pursue releases, fix title defects, and coordinate with title companies and clients.
• Prepare legal documents like deeds, releases, and affidavits with accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients and title companies to obtain and verify needed information.
• Organize records and track progress on curative tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.
• Occasionally work extended hours as needed.
