Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing experience in a car dealership setting.
• Proficiency with ADP and general computer literacy.
• Knowledge of geographic motor vehicle paperwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for title transfers on new, used, and wholesale transactions.
• Ensure retail transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws.
