Job summary

Minot Automotive is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Vehicle Titling Clerk to join our dealership team. This role handles title paperwork, vendor payments, expense tracking, and multi-line phone support.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends or travel. You will greet guests and work with a friendly team while contributing to accurate, organized recordkeeping and timely supplier payments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.
