Job summary

Minot Chrysler Center in Minot, ND seeks a Full-time Accounts Payable / Vehicle Titling Clerk to join our auto dealership team. This role emphasizes accurate title paperwork, vendor payments, expense tracking, and multi-line phone coverage.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with great hours, no weekends or travel. You’ll work with a friendly team and have opportunities for career growth while maintaining high data accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes.
• Experience handling vehicle titling paperwork is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle title paperwork.
• Pay vendors and track expenses.
• Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Greet guests and maintain reception/helpful service.
• Support day-to-day accounts payable activities.
