Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive dealership administration.
• Familiarity with Virginia DMV titling and registration processes is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, lenders, and government agencies.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit vehicle titles, registrations, and related DMV paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain and organize title files, lien releases, and ownership documents
• Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and customers regarding title status and issues
• Verify accuracy of vehicle information, odometer readings, and signatures on all title documents
• Track and follow up on outstanding titles and resolve discrepancies or delays
• Assist with dealer tags, temporary permits, and license plate processing
• Ensure compliance with state and federal titling regulations and dealership policies
