Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, ownership transfers, registrations, and lien releases.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of title paperwork in PA DMV regulations and relevant requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle title records, inventory documentation, and title tracking logs.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and processing delays.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and management to ensure timely title processing.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle documentation, and proof of insurance.
• Assist with processing and posting customer payments.
• Support cash handling, deposits, and basic office bookkeeping procedures.
• Answer inquiries and assist with general dealership communications.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to support daily office operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Saturday | Dealership Hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

This position will primarily focus on automotive title processing, vehicle documentation, and regulatory compliance, while also providing administrative and customer service support. Key Responsibilities

Automotive Title Processing & Compliance

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, ownership transfers, registrations, and lien releases.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of title paperwork in accordance with Pennsylvania DMV regulations and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle title records, inventory documentation, and outstanding title tracking logs.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and processing delays.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and dealership management to ensure timely title processing.
• Support title-related operations for both the Hermitage and McKnight Road locations.

Administrative & Customer Service Support

• Provide professional, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle documentation, and proof of insurance.
• Assist with processing and posting customer payments.
• Support cash handling, deposits, and basic office bookkeeping procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, direct customer inquiries, and assist with general dealership communications.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to support daily office operations.
