Byrider is hiring an Automotive Title Clerk in Pittsburgh, PA, to handle title processing, registrations, and regulatory compliance for multiple dealership locations. You will manage title records, liaise with sales and finance, and deliver professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, ownership transfers, registrations, and lien releases.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of title paperwork in accordance with Pennsylvania DMV regulations and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle title records, inventory documentation, and outstanding title tracking logs.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and processing delays; coordinate with sales, finance, and dealership management for timely title processing.
• Support title-related operations for both the Hermitage and McKnight Road locations.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle documentation, and proof of insurance.
• Assist with processing and posting customer payments and basic cash handling.
