Qualifications

• Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is strictly required.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.

• Proficiency with dealership management software like Automate, Dealertrack, Vitu online reg.

Responsibilities

• Process title documentation for all new, used, and wholesale vehicle transactions.
• Verify legal paperwork for compliance with state, federal, and DMV regulations.
• Submit registration packages to state agencies quickly to prevent consumer delays.
• Resolve title discrepancies by interfacing directly with lenders, auctions, and customers.
