Fred Beans Automotive Group in Flemington, New Jersey is seeking an organized Automotive Title Clerk to process all new and used vehicle registrations, ensure online registrations meet state guidelines, and submit legal transfer work to the DMV.

This role features Monday–Friday hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, a team‑oriented environment, and company‑funded training with growth opportunities plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Detail orientation is essential.
Prior title experience required.
Understanding of invoice style billing is needed.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing professionally.
Excellent organizational skills are required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state where titled.
Ensure online registration is timely and complies with state guidelines.
Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV.
Compile and maintain a list of outstanding title work.
Report status of missing/problem titles to management monthly.
Sign over titles for wholesalers and maintain license information file.
Conduct periodic trainings for F&I managers and sales personnel on title regulations.

Are you an organized and experienced Automotive Title Clerk looking for your next opportunity? Fred Beans is looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk in Flemington, New Jersey! Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

What You'll Do

Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines.
Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the Controller at the end of the month.
Sign over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full and maintain a wholesaler license information file.
Conduct periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures and issues a written memo to managers and all sales personnel whenever regulations change.
