Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Title Insurance or Escrow experience required.
• Commercial title experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to National Commercial Title Officers.
• Assist with the processing of complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare title-related documents and reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Research title matters and compile information to support transaction processing.
• Resolve issues by applying established title industry procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to help ensure timely closings.
• Issue documents in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal requirements.
