Lithia & Driveway (Paramus Honda) is seeking an on-site Title and Registration Specialist to join our Accounting Processing Centers team. You will analyze title and registration documents for accuracy and work with government agencies to resolve issues, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a vehicle dealership or processing vehicle registration paperwork preferred.
• Notary helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inbound and outbound vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy and submit to government agencies.
• Resolve vehicle title issues for purchased and sold vehicles aged beyond 15 or 30 days.
• Communicate with customers by chat, phone, and email to resolve registration/title issues and answer questions about purchase paperwork.
• Work with government personnel to resolve registration or title discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal LAD personnel to correct issues identified during the purchase or sale process.
• Meet company benchmarks for accuracy, cure rates, and efficiency.

You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.

Location:

Compensation Range: $16.85-26.46, with a typical starting range of $20.00-25.00+. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
