Job summary

Lithia & Driveway’s L0622 Northeast Finance Center in Freehold, NJ seeks a Title and Registration Specialist to join the Dealership Accounting team. You will analyze title and registration documents for accuracy, liaise with government agencies, and assist customers with purchase paperwork to ensure compliant processing.

Experience in a vehicle dealership is preferred; a High School Diploma is required, and notary is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a vehicle dealership and/or processing vehicle registration paperwork is preferred.
• Notary helpful.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inbound and outbound vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy, and submit them to the appropriate government agencies.
• Resolve vehicle title issues for both purchased and sold vehicles that have aged beyond 15 or 30 days respectively.
• Communicate directly with customers by chat, phone, and email to resolve registration/title issues and answer questions about purchase paperwork.
• Work directly with government personnel when needed to resolve registration or title discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal LAD personnel to correct issues identified during the purchase or sale process.
• Meet company-established benchmarks for accuracy, cure rates, and efficiency.

Compensation Range: $16.85-26.46, with a typical starting range of $20.00-25.00+. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
