As the TAC TITANS Swim Academy Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for leading team-oriented efforts to build a highly functional and dependable Swim Academy team. The TITANS Swim Academy team consists of supervisors and swimming instructors. Establishing and maintaining a culture of teamwork, customer service and water safety is of the upmost importance to the success of the TAC TITANS Swim Academy Manager.

General Job Requirements:

Manage, Coach, and ensure the highest level of customer service is provided consistently to customers by our Learn to Swim team.

Maintain and improve upon TAC TITANS Swim Academy revenue generation and profitability.

Develop and maintain a positive employee culture at TAC.

Collaborate with the TAC Operations Team to ensure up to date information and program knowledge transfer as needed.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all Swim Academy Registration activities through Team Unify.

Trains, schedules, and supervises part-time hourly staff including instructors and supervisors.

Actively market and promote the TAC TITANS Swim Academy program within the Triangle Community.

Assist with coaching the Swim Academy Titan Prep Group and the TAC TITANS swim team as needed.

Develop training material and program to ensure consistency with instructor knowledge and curriculum execution.

Evaluate potential swimmers through evaluations and/or tryouts.

Identify top talent coming through the Learn to Swim Program and fast-tracking swimmers to ensure retention in the TITANS swim program.

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 commencement with experience.
