Job summary

CPP Corporation, an aerospace metals supplier, is seeking a Metals Operator in Albany, OR. The role involves identifying, separating, cleaning, cutting, and transporting metal to support ingot and casting operations. You will monitor equipment, ensure safety, and contribute to on-time production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have good attendance record and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and separate metal.
• Responsible for production and quality of metal.
• Assist with production duties in the Ingot and Casting departments.
• Report any issues with metal and/or equipment.
• Monitor cleaning equipment and transport metal to and from Chem Mill area.
• Operate company flatbed to transport materials between facilities.
