Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an equal opportunity employer seeking a Metals Operator for the Weekday Shift in aerospace parts manufacturing. You will identify, separate, clean, and move titanium/metals, supporting ingot and casting processes and ensuring production quality.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, strong attendance, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read and follow instructions, and pass pre-employment screenings; base line hearing test required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to withstand long periods of standing and walking.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment and periodic drug screening.

• Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Driving and material transportation may constitute a significant portion of regular work schedule
• Operate company flatbed to safely transport, load, and unload materials, equipment and supplies between company facilities, and other designated locations
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure materials are properly secured and transported in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Metals Operator - Aerospace Parts Manufacturing - Weekday Shift

Primary Purpose:

A Titanium Metals Operator will be responsible for identifying, separating, cleaning, cutting, sorting, and delivering metal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and separate metal.
• Responsible for production and quality of metal.
• Assist with production duties in the Ingot and Casting departments.
• Report any issues with metal and/or equipment.

• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment background check.Must take a base line hearing test prior to starting.
• Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Record.

Working Conditions:

• The job is performed under reasonably good working conditions with some exposure to noise, temperature, and machinery.

Schedule:

• Day Shift - Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• OT available on voluntary basis and based on business need
