Responsibilities

• Chemically clean casting prior to inspection and reworking.
• Prepare and operate tanks used for chemical cleaning and maintain bath chemistry.
• Conduct sample tests and adjust chemical baths to specification ranges.
• Perform hot water rinses and prepare castings for shipping after processing.
• Operate penetrant line, apply fluorescent penetrant liquid and inspect castings.
