The role involves preparing the recovery environment, maintaining accurate donor records, and potentially performing back table processes with aseptic packaging of tissues.

Requires ability to sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE during shifts. Travel 60% or more; shift work and on-call required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and meets minimum driving requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of hospitals and recovery facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preoperative duties: prepare recovery supplies and document donor record.
• Intraoperative duties: verify labeling and assist with sterile field setup.
• Postoperative duties: clean and decontaminate, manage donor records.
• Ensure quality and timely donor records, support KPIs and audits.
• Participate in LEAN initiatives and training.
