New England Donor Services in Waltham, MA is seeking a Tissue Recovery Specialist to join a professional surgical team. You will receive hands-on paid training and support, learning aseptic tissue recovery from deceased donors while developing technical skills.

The role requires EMT/Paramedic/ER Tech/OR Tech backgrounds, a willingness to travel within New England, and the stamina for a demanding clinical environment. This is a full-time position with 3 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years hands-on healthcare experience (EMT, Paramedic, ER Tech, OR Tech) required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Join a professional surgical team and receive paid training.
• Assist in aseptically removing tissues from deceased donors.
• Travel within New England as required and operate in a fast-paced clinical setting.
