Job summary

OneLegacy Brand in California is seeking a Manager, Tissue Recovery to lead tissue recovery operations, oversee staffing, and ensure compliance with FDA, AATB, CMS, UNOS and related standards. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in donor tissue recovery processes.

The position requires 4+ years in a leadership role, a relevant associate or bachelor’s degree, and EMT/CST/Paramedic certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience: Four years in a leadership capacity in tissue-related field or similar setting.
• Certifications: EMT, CST, or Paramedic; CTBS/CEBT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and mentorship to Tissue Recovery Supervisors and staff.
• Ensures staffing and scheduling to sustain recovery volumes and meet goals.
• Maintains compliance with FDA, AATB, CMS, UNOS and other regulations.
• Manages staffing, training, performance, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepares reports and analyzes data to inform management and identify process improvements.
