OneLegacy is seeking a Manager, Tissue Recovery in California to lead the tissue recovery program, oversee supervisors and staff, manage staffing, training, and process improvements. The role requires ensuring compliance with FDA, AATB, CMS, UNOS and related regulations, and collaborating with medical directors and donor partners.

The position is full-time, in-person at Azusa/Redlands, with the expectation of evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in tissue recovery or related field.
• Four years in a leadership capacity within a tissue bank, OPO, or related healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Tissue Recovery Supervisors and staff.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling support tissue recovery volumes.
• Oversee day-to-day tissue recovery operations and training.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring and personnel actions.
• Advise on donor screening and procedures with medical directors.
• Maintain staffing levels and department budget within guidelines.
• Set professional standards and accountability for staff.
• Maximize tissues recovered per donor to meet processor requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for leadership.
