Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related discipline and 12+ years industrial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by example in safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability.
• Support the application of the sector Quality Management Process in all assignments and responsibilities.
• Ensure that all elements of the corporate Human Resources Development and Diversity policy are fully supported as appropriate for the position.
• Use LEAN principles to develop and manage work and drive change within the organization as a role model for process improvement.
• Protect and defend KC proprietary technology, products, and business processes.
