Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in mill, production, or R&E

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 4 years in mill/production/R&E.
Experience with manufacturing control systems including Rockwell programming, drives and PLC logic.
Knowledge of tissue manufacturing processes and converting operations.

Responsibilities

Lead design, research, and capital project management for tissue mills and converting lines.
Develop scope, budgets, and vendor coordination for projects up to $10 million.
Implement and optimize DCS/ PLC-based controls and machine drive systems.
Ensure safety and reliability of equipment and processes from conception to startup.
Provide guidance and develop others within the area of expertise.
