Job summary

Flynn’s Tire is seeking Tire Technicians for the Stow, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required, as comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within the organization.

This entry-level role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a defined career path, opportunities to advance into leadership roles, and a culture focused on teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
