Job summary

Flynn's Tire is hiring Tire Technicians for our Steubenville, OH location. This entry-level role requires no automotive experience and includes paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Tire Technician role; no automotive experience required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to lift 20-80 lbs.
• Acceptable MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
