Flynn’s Tire Group is hiring Tire Technicians in Boardman, OH. This entry-level role offers paid training, hands-on coaching, and growth opportunities within the company.

No automotive experience or degree is required, and both full-time and part-time positions are available. Training from day one leads to possibilities such as Master Tire Technician or Service Manager as you grow.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No automotive experience required; paid training provided.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing skills.
