Job summary

Flynn’s Tire is seeking entry-level Tire Technicians for our Boardman, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required; we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching to help Tire Techs grow within our organization.

This entry-level role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it a great fit whether you are starting your career or seeking long-term growth with a defined path in a family-owned service network.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No experience required; degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
