Flynn’s Tire in Niles, OH is hiring Tire Technicians for an entry-level, on-site role with paid training and no automotive experience required.

This full-time and part-time position offers a defined career path with opportunities to grow into higher roles.

Flynn’s emphasizes teamwork and development, offering medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training from day one, ASE certification, and pay up to $21/hr as you gain skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
